How do I report a claim?
You can report a claim to your agent, or if you prefer, you may report a claim directly to us.
If you wish to report a claim directly you can email us directly at contactus@Berkleyaspire.com. If you report a claim directly, please include the following detail:
- Your business name
- Your contact name, phone number, and email address
- Your policy number
- The date of loss
- A brief description of the claim
- Names and contact information for other involved parties
Someone was injured on my client's property, but has not reported a claim. Should I notify Berkley Aspire?
Yes. Involving us early in the process could mitigate your exposure.
